• Send event reminders and attendance notifications via email
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Team administrators and coaches within your organization (roster, stats, attendance)
• Email delivery services for platform notifications

4. Children's Privacy

SCOOP is designed for use by lacrosse organizations that include players under 13 years of age.

• Player accounts for children under 13 must be created by a parent or guardian
• Parents manage their child's account through the parent role
• We collect only the minimum information necessary (name, jersey number, position)
• Parents may request deletion of their child's data by contacting us
• Children's data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via magic links (no passwords stored), role-based access controls, and team-scoped data isolation to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Game statistics and historical records are kept for the duration of league participation. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting your league administrator.
